Persecution by DSHS, and an Evil, Murderous Guardianship

Based on the advise from Mr. Frohlich to immediately move into the Snoqualmie Ridge home to secure it from being taken over by the scammer Toth from the fraud Sheriff Sale, Mr. Nair was forced to move into this home in December 2018 from their home base in 11031 Elliston Way NE Redmond WA 98053, along with his sick paralyzed mother, full-time live-in respite caregiver Ms. Ashley Redican CNA (certified by DSHS), and housemaid Ms. Alexandria Hall.

Jay had done everything he could for his mother’s happiness and well being, as an ideal son and role model to Society, including defraying for all her medical & living costs such as hiring a live-in DSHS-certified CNA respite caregiver (Ashley Redican), a respite Caregiver Karina Conspicion CNA, and also a live-in housekeeper (Alexandria Hall) to assist him take care of her, as well as purchasing $1000+/month private health insurance through Obamacare, and doing everything else for making sure she got the best treatment and was living as happily as she could be with him despite her condition, one day in March 2018 for NO REASON WHATSOEVER she was taken away from his home by a clueless police officer from City of Snoqualmie Police Department, after a neighbor had called to report the new housekeeper Alexandria as a “suspicious person”.

The police officer Mr. Fischbeck met with Omana at her home as she was happily watching TV from her bed, and despite her pleadings to leave her alone, forced her to be taken to a hospital as he “found” that her “colostomy bag” was lying on the ground. Fact is that Omana never had a colostomy, and the bag the cop saw was her Urine Catheter bag, kept safely per medical protocol. She was released on the same day back home with Jay and Ashley as the attending Doctor found her to be “generally very well cared for” and “there are no signs of trauma or neglect”, and he also noted that “son appears to be caring and knowledgeable”. Still, Jay even sent an email to the cop thanking him for coming out. Despite this, Jay was charged with “abandonment of a dependent person in the third degree”, and DSHS filed a guardianship, which Omana rejected as she loved to stay with her son. By RCW, she has a right to reject the guardianship, despite which Judge Schubert did not dismiss it. After his lawyers Greg McBroom and Charles Diesen strongly suggested accepting a settlement offer from WA Asst. Attorney General Jennifer Boharski that would allow Omana to be kept at a nursing home within 25 miles from Jay’s home, and allow her to receive US citizenship (which would also allow Jay to return to Microsoft for fulltime job and save on the $10,000+ that he was spending per month to take care of her at home as her Health Insurance Provider Molina Healthcare declined to place her at a Skilled Nursing Facility despite her total-care, fully-paralyzed condition), Omana’s family accepted the settlement that brought in Ms. Channa Copeland as her new guardian who placed her at Paramount, where she was constantly neglected and in tears wanting to return home.

After Jay and a friend Kavesh rescued her from Paramount Shelter, in retaliation Ms. Copeland blocked any visitors to Omana including both of them. This prompted Omana’s step-daughter Raji Susheel to immediately fly to USA and she went to Paramount to visit her mother directly from airport, where she had been kept in her own excrements without food or water. As further retaliation for complaints filed against her by the Family including a Federal Civil Rights Case, and as a defense strategy to deceive Federal Judge Marsha Pechman in the Civil Rights case, Mr. Eric Ciric, obtained a VAPO from Judge Julie Spector against Jay without any service of process, abusing and criminally altering the media from the site we had published (saveomana.in). Jay was never given a chance to attend a hearing. Although Jay moved the court to vacate the fraudulently obtained VAPO, the racist Judge Spector refused to even read his submissions and denied all his efforts.
